Christmas goodies

I was spoiled this Christmas, as always. Because I STILL don't have a new house (or even close to one) all I could come up with to ask for was clothing. I included links and everything. My husband, being the good boy that he is, got me a whack of stuff from my list. He even picked one thing out from SSENSE all by himself! I am a very lucky girl. Here's what he got me...

A Rick Owens dust wool toque from SSENSE (this was the only RO piece anyone was willing to fork over the money for LOL - and it was half price). This is going to be worn all winter. YAY!

This wasn't on my list but he did good! Helmut by Helmut Lang grey slub meteor jersey t-shirt from SSENSE (also half price). Love this because it dips low in the back but not lower than the bra line and shows off the little tattoo on my back.

I finally have some Complex Geometries pieces! (They're from Vancouver - very proud to be supporting awesome Canadian design) This is the veer tank. Very cool draping. Adore it.

Also from Complex Geometries - the binder strap tank (seems it's now sold out). This is so bizarre when you hold it up - it's a large square with 3 holes in it and 2 straps at the front. It looks really cool on the site (looks nothing like it does in the hanger) and when I tried it on quickly. A fun piece.

Ovate is another Canadian line I have fallen in love with that I now finally own pieces from. Audrey Cantwell of Montreal is the genius behind this dark, edgy line. Above is her Resurgram cardigan (now sold out), a thick cotton knit (almost terry on the inside) with washed lamb leather sleeves. It's amazing, and so perfectly cozy for winter. This will get a ton of use.

Oh hell yeah. Superfine merino wool leggings with frayed hem skirt panel. These are so brilliant. *sigh*

I'll put up another post in the next day or 2 of the yummy things my adorable mother bought me (with some help from Jen who taught her how to online shop). :-)

3 notes:

That's really sweet of him getting that HL top off record. It will match the grey beanie, no?

:-) I think so - the beanie matches anything really as it's a pretty neutral shade.

Love the leather sleeve cardi. I recently got some skirted leggings too - love them.
